Lynx Lake Home Owners Association Donates
$2,500.00 to the Boulder Community Food Bank
On April 27, the Home Owners Association sent a check to help support the Boulder Junction Community Food Bank, which serves families in need in Presque Isle and the surrounding communities. These funds came from dues the Association has collected over the past four years. It was determined by the board, and with the support of our membership, that because of the negative impact Covid-19 is having on the local economies, the Association would make a donation to the local food bank. We want to be good neighbors and lend a helping hand as food insecurity has a huge impact on families, especially children.
If you’d like to make a further donation to the Boulder Junction Food Bank which operates under the auspices of the Community Church of Boulder Junction and qualifies as a charitable entity under 501c3 tax guidelines making all donations deductible for federal income tax purposes, they can be reached at 715-385-2146.
Together, we can make a difference and help those in our community most in need.
Wave to you soon,
Gary J. Gruca
