Public hearing of Carlin Lake Association lawsuit is cancelled

We were notified today that Judge Nielsen has announced the procedure for the hearing next week on March 27th.

(——Since Trig Solberg and Carlin Club Properties continue to search for any legal permission for their proposed bottling business.)

All attorneys will participate and will learn the judge’s response by telephone.   No spectators will be able to attend, since no public court hearing will take place.   Our attorney Dan Bach will “attend” and represent the Carlin plaintiffs as usual, but this time by phone. We will let you know as soon as possible about the judge’s ruling that afternoon.

This decision did not come as a surprise, considering all the other cancellations taking place.

We will keep faith that the judge will rule firmly on our side, just as the Board of Adjustment did last fall!
